Pets World Supply Return Policy

Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PetsWorldSupply.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@petsworldsupply.com to obtain an approval code and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please clearly state the reason for the return. Once you have received your RMA number, ship the item to the address provided along with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange for the exchange. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we may request photos of the damaged or defective item for our records.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to gift cards, perishable goods, and personalized items.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
